This is the theme of the event, as varied as it is rich, organized by the QHSE department of MFG, from 05/11 to 08/11/2018, within its L'Arbâa industrial complex, in favor of numerous collaborators.

This event aimed to establish the QHSE culture at the company level, through the various workshops, mobilizing more than 120 employees.

These workshops, led by the MFG QHSE team and also external speakers, helped to enrich the reflection; “A healthy mind in a healthy environment…”.

The days were full, rich in exchanges and interactions, followed with interest by the participants, thanks to the diverse content of the workshops (Intervention and first aid, means of fighting fires, well-being at work, QSE management, Safety equipment). Personal Protection PPE…).

At the start of the afternoon, activities continued with an interactive game covering Personal Protective Equipment PPE, 5S and waste management, in addition to simulation exercises with civil protection.

At the end of the day, a gift giving ceremony was organized for the winning team.

Through the different activities, these four days were also an opportunity to strengthen and create group cohesion through collective challenges, commitment, involvement, mobilization and the spirit of belonging to a team.

Safety, quality, environment, as well as the satisfaction of interested parties remain at the heart of the major concerns of MFG managers. These corporate values allow us to increase productivity and competitiveness.
